We practiced some good yin yoga sequences at New Moon Yoga Studio last year! Thank you yogis and yoginis who participated with your attitude, awareness, and intention!
Please reach out if you have any questions about my notations. Sometimes I write in Sanskrit, but mostly English when I choreograph yin classes. These are a few of my favorites and are for you to practice at home. I recommend holding poses for 3-7 minutes, while more advanced and yang-like poses may be held for less time.
