-Seated sadasana
Lengthen arms up and cross the hands down to opposite elbows. Get grounded and straighten up from the site bones through the crown of the head.
Release hands from elbows and twist, over the shoulder. Back to length up at the top. Switch sides.
-Table top, hands and knees
Lengthen left leg back, extended long move through ball mound of foot. Shift the weight of the body. Switch sides. Right leg back.
-Right knee forward, set hips back, between the hands: Shoelace, forward bend
-Caterpillar
-Left side: Shoelace, forward bend
Hug knees in, roll side to side
-Right Reclining Figure 4 Twist, set right ankle on left knee, shift to left side
-Cat Pulling it's Tail
-Left Reclining Figure 4 Twist, set left ankle on right knee, shift to right side
-Cat Pulling it's Tail
-Bend knees, teepee knees together, belly breathing
-Banana Left, Right
-Pentacle
