1. Bananasana (L, R)(Gallbladder Meridian)

2. Half Saddle, reclining (R), optional Half Butterfly w/ L leg (Spleen & Stomach Meridians)

3. Reclining Butterfly, (Kidney Meridian, Heart opener, bringing souls of feet together, reconnecting with the ground and balancing the hemispheres of the brain)

4. Half Saddle, reclining (L), optional Half Butterfly w/ R leg (Spleen & Stomach Meridians)

5. Frog

6. Child's, relax and check in w/ your breathing, "What does my breath sound like?" What does my breath feel like right now?

7. Puppy or Melting Heart

8. Caterpillar, for all of my friends in and around Lincoln City, May you be free from harm and suffering, May you know peace, Namaste
