1 Sadasana-intention setting

-change cross in legs -cup hand and wakeup the yin meridian line, tapping the inside of the opposite arm, then tap the backside of the arm from the hand up to the shoulder (yang) and repeat multiple times, both hands/arms, feeling the breath and feeling the chi flowing in the body

2 Reclining Apanasana

3 Half Happy Baby- R side and then L side (counter stretch in between sides)

4 Starfish

5 Fish

6 Side Seal on bolster R side into 7 Chest opening twist, come up and roll shoulders and then L side

8 Pentacle Pose

9 Sadasana- close
