-child's pose

-big toe squat (w/ alternate leg stretching back- releasing energy out)

-child's pose, interlacing the left hand on top of the right and through center, then opposite side

-reclining wind reliever L side, into reclining bent knee twist

-reclining wind reliever R side, into reclining bent knee twist

-counteract the twist by hugging knees into the chest and then extending long

-roll onto the side, press up-

-caterpillar

-seated butterfly, w/ arms hugging in a crossed position, placing the hands on opposite shoulders

*gentle bilateral stimulation w/ butterfly hug
